The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) organised a workshop titled "Skills for preparing and implementing initiatives" with the aim of spreading the culture of presenting initiatives among Sharjah government employees.

Held remotely via Webex, the workshop targeted all employees and officials in various government agencies in Sharjah. It seeks to contribute to continuous development and improvement, and to address the challenges and difficulties facing the employees in completing their works.

During the workshop, attendees watched a visual presentation that reviewed the nature of innovation, its objectives and modalities in the field of work, as well as its factors and steps. The workshop also explained how the employees can prepare initiatives that benefit the government entity in which they works and how to present and implement them in a formal and inclusive manner.

The organisation of this workshop comes within the context of the efforts and practices adopted by the department to develop exceptional initiatives and ideas that contribute to stimulating creativity and improving work environments in Sharjah government agencies.
